COQUITO….SAZON and SOFRITO

There is nothing I love more than to Laugh, especially with my daughter who shares my humour. I spent a couple of hours in the kitchen today making a few staple items essential in every Puerto-Rican home. SOFRITO because the start to any delicious meal starts with the flavor…. Coquito because who said it’s only good at Christmas time? And SAZON because as mother use to say “we put that Sh_t in everything!!! “
